Bring your blankets and picnics for an evening of great film in the Walled Gardens of Cannington. Saturday 26 August will see Mamma Mia playing on the big screen.
The film will start at 8pm as the sun sets, but you are welcome to potter round the Gardens and have your picnics from 6pm (no BBQs). Our Tea Room will also be open for drinks and snacks in the evening. We don't serve alcohol, but feel free to bring a bottle or two.
The audience will be out in the great outdoors with no roof; we hope there will be just a starry sky, so we suggest blankets or camp chairs to snuggle down into for the show. Please don’t bring gazebos or any structures to sit under, and during the performance we ask that umbrellas are not used. If it rains, we get wet! The cinema screen is British weather-proof unless it gets really windy (25 Knots), in which case we will have to take the screen down. Unfortunately there will not be any refunds if we start showing the film.
On your arrival we will ask those with camp chairs to leave some room at the front of the lawn for the blanket dwellers, but we are sure you will all get a great view.
We look forward to seeing you!
